How can PB be offensive to the liberal school system??? It was invented by George Washington Carver, a black man.

Offensive because it's an American tradition, or offensive because some kids throat may swell up and kill them? A little context would be nice here.

Did you read a scientific consensus on that somewhere?
rebeccaolsen - March 31, 2015, 3:29 pm
Would you like salt with that foot? ShoOTCer McGavin’s big mouth FTW :) You could eat bananas sideways with that thing
OTC - March 31, 2015, 2:32 pm
Tell me, how can you lose an argument on climate change when the refuted statements are name calling and personal attacks?
OTC - March 31, 2015, 2:28 pm
and you don't even notice it?
OTC - March 31, 2015, 2:27 pm
Not sure if you're jealous because I haven't called you sweet cheeks, but it's funny all the hatred spewing from becky is ignored, but I make one comment and I'm the bad guy? You people are warped or maybe hateful comments are just part of your vocabulary
fauxnews - March 31, 2015, 1:42 pm
...then again,OTC,you once said in an debate you are a woman and then oddly retracted that when it didnt serve your argument. So,on gender,we're not sure about you :-/ Guess a woman calling another woman"babe"is just friendly banter.Chat you later, lass X-D
fauxnews - March 31, 2015, 1:34 pm
Really, mate? I dont always hear you call people on this forum "sweet cheeks" in an argument,OTC, but when you do...I know you just lost an argument about climate change with 'a woman.' =) It was bothering YOU enough to resort to chauvinistic responses...
OTC - March 31, 2015, 11:45 am
Maybe some day the scientific consensus will change and tell you that eating chemicals are bad for you, but until then, bon appetite
OTC - March 31, 2015, 11:34 am
Eating chemicals, could be why so many people are sick with cancer, diabetes, heart disease, and other illnesses, but don't question anything, just believe whatever you're told and drink your kool-aid
OTC - March 31, 2015, 11:30 am
and eventually the consensus changed, not because I "stuck to my guns" ( what an asinine comment ), but the continued research changed.
OTC - March 31, 2015, 11:26 am
Um, faux, you're the one that 'dropped in' project much? just making a point that while so many believed the scientific consensus on but.ter and were eating a bunch of chemicals called margarine, I wasn't because I questioned the consensus & ate but.ter
fauxnews - March 31, 2015, 2:20 am
Rebecca "FTW" ;-)
fauxnews - March 31, 2015, 2:20 am
And as if on cue to prove her point,OTC drops in to utter the sort of antiquated ***ist remark you would only expect to hear from the out-of-touch chauvinistic villain of "Happy Gilmore." You are not doing yourself any favors "Shooter", uh, I mean OTC ;-)
OTC - March 31, 2015, 1:48 am
Didn't take credit for anything sweet cheeks, read a little slower and maybe you'll see a comparison with that consensus and the MMCC consensus
rebeccaolsen - March 31, 2015, 1:01 am
You're taking credit for a change in a scientific consensus about b***er,because you stuck to your "guns"? Hmmm, don’t know about any of that. But what I do know is true is that you are rapidly becoming the 'Shooter McGavin' of the politifake community. :)
OTC - March 31, 2015, 12:15 am
I guess they realized that electroshock therapy was creating too many liberal offspring?
OTC - March 31, 2015, 12:12 am
Just like the scientific consensus that but.ter was bad for you. I didn't buy into that and continued to eat but.ter, and now the scientific consensus is but.ter is now good for you. imagine that, the consensus changed

" If we tried to deconstruct every apology we'd get nowhere." That's some sage like advice Moo+. If only you could explain it to my ex.
fauxnews - July 10, 2015, 10:42 pm
Funny one. ;-) You have a good weekend too, CI. Cheers :-)
TheConservativeInsurgent - July 10, 2015, 9:33 pm
I've admitted this image is offensive and it actually displays the antithesis of what I actually stand for. Again, I apologize for submitting an ignorant & insolent poster. I hope y'all have a great and safe weekend... Even you, fauxnews. ;)
fauxnews - July 10, 2015, 8:47 pm
I appreciate it,CI.We all make mistakes,we are all human.Personally, maybe that was all I was looking for.The poster is indeed offensive. But your apology does ring sincere, mate.I just needed that clarification to understand where you are coming from.Cheers
fauxnews - July 10, 2015, 8:43 pm
For Norton fans, check it out. He's that rare actor that gives you your money's worth, helping to direct&rewrite any film he's in to bump up the quality. I attribute the best qualities of that film to him. Thanx for the clarification. Cheers,mate(2/2)
fauxnews - July 10, 2015, 8:40 pm
That's funny, I've seen it a dozen times and yet I've always thought that was the name. I just had to IMDB it. For the sake of interest, there is an article that is a great companion piece to that film titled "American Generation X"(1/2)
Mooooooooooooooooooo - July 10, 2015, 8:36 pm

You called it "American Generation X" I was just clarifying.
TheConservativeInsurgent - July 10, 2015, 8:34 pm
I'm flat-out admitting I failed miserably with this one. It was not meant to be racist and it certainly wasn't meant to be stupid. Unfortunately, I achieved both on this one... Just an egregious lack of discretion on my part.
TheConservativeInsurgent - July 10, 2015, 8:30 pm
My apology is indeed sincere. I was attempting to voice my disdain towards flag desecrators. However, the poster is also idiotic because I certainty do NOT advocate silencing free speech regardless how offensive...especially not through violence.
fauxnews - July 10, 2015, 8:19 pm
Stephen Glass & George W.Bush are examples of why we shouldnt take every apology as sincere. Some use apologies as a career move.I think honesty is always the best policy.ie-we've all had prejudice moments before. No shame in admitting it.My 2 cents. Cheers
fauxnews - July 10, 2015, 8:12 pm
Already acknowledged Norton in comment#77924.I know the movie very well. Not trying to"deconstruct"an apology. The poster encourages violence against blacks.Just not buying the part where CI says he wasnt aware of the racial side of it.Insincere IMHO.
Mooooooooooooooooooo - July 10, 2015, 6:45 pm

It's actually Edward Norton from American History X, Great movie with a great lesson. You should attempt to take every apology as sincere. If we tried to deconstruct every apology we'd get nowhere.
fauxnews - July 10, 2015, 3:19 pm
*correction(typo): 3rd line. the apology in #77927 would mean more without the "3nd line".
fauxnews - July 10, 2015, 3:14 pm
The apology in #77927 would mean more without the 2nd line. It's not much of an apology if you're trying 2 cover your arse at the time time.In other words:you should know better;esp.in light of current events. This is a poster Dylann Roof would endorse FFS
fauxnews - July 10, 2015, 3:08 pm
Considering the man in the picture has a swastika, and he's curb stomping a black man laying helplessly on the street, following a pict of black people stomping on a flag,I doubt you weren't aware of the racial implications when you said,"Curb stop['em.]"
TheConservativeInsurgent - July 10, 2015, 2:25 pm
I can admit when I'm wrong. The image is completely inappropriate and I regret using it. It wasn't meant to be racist but I can clearly see how it can be taken that way. Poor judgment. My apologies.
freasy - July 10, 2015, 11:10 am
I am a conservative. I disagree with the top , but I disagree with the bottom way way more. I'd probably shoot the swastika tattooed bastard.
Zeitguy - July 10, 2015, 10:44 am
Any conservative-insurgent poster is akin to confronting a crazy person on a city street; don't make eye contact, just walk away.
fauxnews - July 10, 2015, 12:58 am
This is a disgusting poster. The top picture is of black people protesting. The bottom picture is of a Neo-Nazi from the movie American Generation X crushing the head of an African-American for racist reasons, and the poster is condoning it. #Racist 1Led
Curlyrocks - July 10, 2015, 12:30 am
Are you seriously going to use a swastika touting criminal as an example of what to do? I'll destroy any one who wants violate my freedom of speech.
